Established customer support center and created FAQs, phone scripts and protocols for 10+ agents engaged in phone, email, live chat and social media moderation. Created and managed Revolution Golf’s presence on Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus. Developed and executed e-newsletter campaigns and maintained extensive online video archive. Contributed to a measurable improvement in the image of nursing homes and assisted living facilities as statewide spokesman for the long-term care industry. Helped increase membership in THCA and boosted the association’s profile by implementing successful PR campaigns and initiatives. Developed and launched the association’s first-ever Web site. Managed consistently excellent industry magazines and newsletters. Duties included public speaking, video production, strategic planning and supervision of a five-member staff.
